Jay Luke

Jay Luke has been in the commercial real estate industry for 27 years and has been a principal in the firm since 1999. Over his more than quarter-century of experience, he has built a reputation as a problem solver and a tireless advocate for his clients’ interests in property assemblage for retail and industrial projects. He is an active member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. In the community, Jay serves on the local boards for the YMCA and First Citizens Bank Winston-Salem Local Board. Originally from Waverly, Virginia, he graduated from Elon University. He and his wife, Vickie, have three adult children. In addition to enjoying fishing, bowling and golf, Jay is a Kansas City Barbeque Society competition BBQ pit master. When he is not busy perfecting his barbeque skills, Jay and Vickie enjoy grabbing a bite to eat at their favorite local spot, the Quiet Pint.
