Jay Hopper

Jay Hopper is a lifelong North Carolinian. Born in Durham and raised in Hillsborough, NC, Jay graduated from Orange High School before attending NC State University (BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering '85). After a long and successful career in the commercial/institutional HVAC industry, he started his second career in real estate in early 2020. Jay comes from a family of builders and developers, so real estate is in his genes. Jay manages a portfolio of properties while providing real estate listing and sales services. In his free time, Jay is an avid distance runner, bringing his drive and determination to the road or trail and competing in countless distance races, including multiple half marathons and a full marathon.
