Since joining Cassidy Turley in 1997, Jay has consistently been the top producer in Oakland; and one of the top five industrial agents in Northern California. Jay has represented (leased or sold) in excess of 16,000,000 square feet involving over 930 deals. Jay’s primary focus has been institutional industrial project leasing and also represents several multi-market corporate clients, such as Caterpillar, Pacific American Services and Sims Metals.
