Jay Burnell

Jay Burnell is a partner with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group specializing in retail development, retail leasing, site selection, and retail brokerage services. Prior to forming the Company in 2013, Jay was with Divaris Real Estate handling retail sales and leasing since 2003. Prior, he was in charge of property sales and site acquisitions for Armada Hoffler Development where he focused on the development of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. He is a member of CBDA and ICSC.
