Jay is the CPR Team’s new Pinellas retail specialist, with experience in the industrial space as well. Jay has closed deals with national retailers like WingStop, as well as represented local tenants opening their first business. Jay enjoys finding creative ways to problem solve in an effort to complete transactions with all parties feeling like they were heard and represented well. Jay looks forward to continuing fostering relationships he has built with tenants and landlords alike.
