Prior to working with Besen Partners, Jay worked at Berkshire Hathaway focusing on commercial real estate. Jay grew up in Scarsdale, New York and graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. In his free time, Jay enjoys golfing, cycling, and spending time with his friends and family.
