Jax Rawlinson

Jax Rawlinson serves as an analyst with Stream Houston’s industrial team. His primary responsibilities include analyzing the state of markets, conducting analytical research, and assisting with leasing transactions. Jax graduated with a Human Dimensions of Organizations degree from The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Business. Prior to joining Stream full-time, Jax interned with Stream as a Summer Analyst. In this role, he conducted market research within the greater Houston area.
