Javier Zablah

Javier Menendez is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, he focuses on retail project leasing for D-FW-area retail centers, as well as retail tenant representation, investment property sales and general brokerage. Before entering the commercial real estate field, Menendez was manager of client account representatives for Fort Worth-based BCMS Corporate, specialist advisors in the sale of privately owned businesses. He also has sales and account management experience with firms in Houston and New York City.
