Javier Fajardo

Brown Harris Stevens proudly welcomes Javier Fajardo to its esteemed sales team. Originally from Viña del Mar, Chile, Javier later moved to a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, before ultimately settling in Miami in 2009. In Miami, he pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Arts degree from Miami-Dade College and later graduating from Florida International University with a degree in International Business Administration and a minor in Management. During his studies, Javier obtained his real estate license, followed by his Registered Building Contractor License. In 2022, he further expanded his credentials by achieving his Certified Building Contractor License. Javier's passion for real estate began shortly after his move to Miami, leading him to specialize in commercial real estate with a focus on multi-family, income-producing properties. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of real estate, including ownership of a commercial warehouse in Edgewater. He approaches each transaction with a unique blend of expertise, flexibility, and integrity, seamlessly balancing the business and emotional aspects of buying and selling both residential and commercial properties. Beyond his professional endeavors, Javier is actively involved in his community, dedicating time each week to feeding the homeless at St. Patrick’s Church. An avid animal lover, he shares his home with his beloved cat, Currency.
