Jason Vitorino

Jason Vitorino, Managing Partner of STRIVE, focuses exclusively on retail investment sales, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout Texas and the Southwest. Jason has closed 850+ transactions valued over $3.2 Billion in sales, consistently ranking him among the top agents in Texas and throughout the country. Following his dream, Jason launched his own firm, the Vitorino Group, in 2015. Leading a team of agents, the commercial real estate company didn’t skip a beat and continued to pave the way in retail investment sales. With a dedication to client-centric values and a moral compass, the group’s consistent growth organically led them to another team with vibrant success, Pierson Retail Advisors. The two forces have since merged to create a larger footprint in the commercial real estate arena and in the process have renamed themselves STRIVE. Jason began his career with a national investment sales company in Dallas. He quickly earned the title of Senior Vice President and consistently ranked in the top 1% company-wide for the publicly traded firm. During his 13 year tenure he earned 7 Chairman Club Awards, 12 National Achievement Awards and 13 consecutive Sales Recognition Awards. Jason grew up in Boston and graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance. In 1999, he was the assistant captain of the NCAA Division 1 National Champion UMaine hockey team. Jason and his wife, Alisa, enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and dining with friends. They reside in Plano, TX and have three children; two young daughters and a son: Skylar Gisele, Taylor Isabela, and Hudson Cristiano.
