I'm a local real estate expert who was born and raised here in St.Pete. I've worked in real estate for the past five years, and have closed millions of dollars of both residential and commercial real estate. I currently manage millions of dollars of commercial real estate in Downtown St.Pete, as well as a small residential portfolio. I offer exceptional real estate services with local knowledge, concierge level customer care, and a legal background. Services offered are for both residential and commercial, sales, leasing, property management, and investment/development consulting. <br /><br />My brief story, after having been born and raised in St. Pete I moved away briefly for college and law school. It was during law school that I started working in the commercial real estate industry, and also started personally investing in residential real estate. I worked in commercial real estate investment, and brokerage for a total of about a year and a half. After that I moved back home to St.Pete where I started working for the top local RE/MAX team where I learned the residential side of the business. At the end of 2015 I went out on my own as a solo realtor at RE/MAX Metro.
