Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as an Associate Director in the Central Pennsylvania Brokerage Group. Mr. Sourbeer specializes in the region served by the I-81/I-78 corridor in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley Office and Investment Markets. Jason has provided a wide range of real estate services and developed long-term relationships with both institutional and local landlords, developers and tenants in the Central PA Market. Jason's previous 7 years had been with NAI Commercial Industrial Realty, which provides real estate brokerage and consulting in the Harrisburg Market and throughout Central PA. Jason’s extensive market research on the office sector throughout Central Pennsylvania allows him to accurately consult his clients of market activity as well as forecast market direction.
