Jason Sell

Jason joined United Properties mid-2000 as an associate focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the north, northeast, St. Paul and Minneapolis markets of the Twin Cities. Jason is one third of the United Properties North/Northeast Industrial Team which has established itself as the top industrial sales and leasing team in the market. This team leads the industry in experience and knowledge and won the MNCAR Industrial Transaction of the Year Award. Jason has been involved in over 100 transactions over the past 2 years totaling over 2 million square feet of space. Before joining United Properties, Jason worked with Accountemps, a division of Robert Half Inc, where he sold and staffed temporary accounting professionals. Jason also worked in residential real estate for a number of years. Some of Jason’s clients include RREEF, American Realty Advisors, Capri Advisors, and Opus. Jason is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and sits on the educational committee.
