Jason Postill
Jason Postill, oversees all aspects of strategic planning and company operations at JP Capital Solutions. Some of Mr. Postill’s direct responsibilities include the oversight and implementation of acquisitions, due diligence, property/asset management, debt placement and maintaining broker and investor relations. Previous to founding JP Capital Solutions, Mr. Postill worked for a Publicly traded Commercial Real Estate investment brokerage that transacts over 46B+ annually where he acquired assets and disposed of commercial properties more specifically in the multifamily and apartment sector for investors spread throughout various major U.S. metros. Jason comes from a professional sports background, where he played professional baseball for 5 years before having his first daughter and entering into the real estate investment field. Studied at the University of West Florida where he majored in Business and led his baseball team to win their first NCAA National Championship in school history.
