Jason Morahan brings more than 31 years of real estate leadership to the RealSpace team. Over the course of his career he has mastered every component of commercial real estate management—from the most basic principles of property maintenance, to asset management property finance, property acquisitions and sales. In addition to management, Morahan has overseen many commercial developments including the ground-up development of a 70,000 square foot retail center in Denton, Texas, and the complete rehab and retrofit of a vacant 6-story 70,000 square foot office building in Fort Worth. Most recently, Morahan helped negotiate and organize the purchase of Oak Cliff Tower, a 15-story, 252,000 square foot office landmark in Oak Cliff. He also helped redevelop Columbia Shopping Center in east Dallas, an abandoned 40,000 square foot space that was converted into a multi-tenant retail shopping center. Morahan is a past member of the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce and the Oak Cliff Foundation’s board of directors who managed the renovation of the Texas Theater, a 1931 landmark. With Morahan’s assistance, the foundation has raised more than $3 million to renovate the palatial performance center and community meeting space.
