Jason Meszaros

Mr. Meszaros is the Managing Director of Healthcare for Wentworth Property Company, LLC., and is directly responsible for national acquisitions and development. His current responsibilities include deal sourcing, financial analysis, lease negotiations and debt and equity sourcing. Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Meszaros was Senior Vice President at Irgens Partners for 10 years where he had oversight for the western region and oversaw the development of over $300,000,000 in new office and healthcare development and acquired and disposed of over $100,000,000 in land and distressed projects. Prior to Irgens, Mr. Meszaros spent 4 years as Director of Real Estate Development for Opus West Corporation and was the Vice President for The Hewson Company for 10 years. Mr. Meszaros holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Meszaros is a licensed Arizona real estate broker, member of NAIOP, founding member of Arizona Trout Camp and a Life Member of the Scottsdale Charros.
