Jason McCart

With a background in office leasing and development, Jason McCart has experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining King Industrial Realty in June 2001, Jason was an Associate Broker for Technology Park/Atlanta, an office park development company based in Duluth, GA. At Technology Park, Mr. McCart was responsible for the marketing and leasing Class A office space in Lawrenceville, GA. In 2015 Jason and five other associates purchased King Industrial Realty from its founder Charles B. King, Jr. Jason has represented clients such as National Indoor RV Centers, Williams Scotsman, Castell Heating & Air and Satellite Shelters. Prior to working at Technology Park, Jason served as a real estate contractor for MARTA in which he reviewed the financial pro formas regarding transit-oriented developments (TODs) around the Sandy Springs, Medical Center and Lindbergh Stations. He also negotiated the acquisition of industrial buildings in the Armor Industrial area for a planned rail service facility.
