Jason Malcolm, Vice President of CresaPartners Phoenix, has been providing national corporate real estate consulting services and negotiations since 2002; he takes great pride that he has exclusively represented tenants/space users throughout his entire career. Having completed assignments in more than 24 states, Mr. Malcolm provides his clients with a valuable perspective and practical understanding of the varying market dynamics that exist across the country. Mr. Malcolm has represented clients in a variety of industries leading in excess of 200 office and industrial negotiations with a cumulative value exceeding $100 million. His experience includes strategic portfolio real estate planning, site selection, business terms negotiations, financial advisory, process management and real estate administration. Prior to joining CresaPartners Mr. Malcolm served as Director of Portfolio Accounts for Mohr Partners, Inc., where he worked closely with executives, acting as his clients’ out-sourced real estate department to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions for national corporations. During his tenure at Mohr Partners, Inc., Mr. Malcolm worked closely with clients such as Kleinfelder Inc., C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., David Evans and Associates, Horizon Distributors, GEI Consultants, Inc., Stantec Inc. and Cypress Semiconductor.
