In 2005, Jason Mah began his career in the real estate industry with Colliers International. In his first year in brokerage, Jason was awarded Rookie of the Year for Top Production in Canada amongst his peers. In 2011, Jason joined Avison Young and focuses on significant transactions including tenant and landlord representation, sales, portfolio management, real estate strategy and consulting projects. In 2014, Jason earned the right to become a Principal based on his top production levels and dedication to his clients and the Avison Young Platform. Jason has worked with tenants in various industries including software and tech-related firms, engineers, infrastructure firms, not-for-profit companies and resource companies; company size has ranged from a couple thousand square feet to over 60,000 square feet. Jason’s clients leverage his market knowledge, mitigation strategies, financial models and proactive strategic planning to ensure that they have the confidence to achieve the best possible real estate outcomes.
