Jason Lott has over 25 years of impressive experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Mr. Lott has worked in multiple markets, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC, before moving with his family to New Mexico in 2006. Mr. Lott maintains a strong focus on office leasing and landlord representation in the New Mexico market. As a detail-oriented professional determined to improve the bottom line and increase the value of an asset, Mr. Lott expertly guides CBRE clients in reaching their commercial real estate goals. His strategic vision, institutional understanding of client needs, and history of solving complex problems lead to stellar results for each project he is involved with. His skill set features all facets of commercial office leasing, including marketing, complex lease negotiations, managing investor and lender relationships, and coordinating tenant improvements and development. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lott worked as Vice President of leasing for three of the largest private and publicly traded office developers in the country. In his most recent capacity, he was responsible for new leasing and renewals for all of the office and multi-use assets for New Mexico’s largest owner of commercial buildings. In New Mexico alone, Mr. Lott has been involved with over four million square feet of office space being leased and developed.
