Jason Levendusky

Jason Levendusky specializes in providing advisory services to investors/owners and occupiers in the leasing and sale of office, R&D, and industrial space throughout Greater Boston. Representative assignments include advising The David Companies on the repositioning/leasing of two office/R&D projects totaling 970,000 SF, advising KS Partners on the repositioning/leasing of a 1,000,000 SF office/R&D park, and advising Schneider Electric on the consolidation of multiple facilities into a 240,000 SF build-to-suit regional headquarters. Over the past five years, he has completed 185 lease and sale transactions totaling over 6,000,000 SF. Jason joined Avison Young as a Principal in 2019. Bringing over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, he spent the previous 18 years as an Executive Vice President with CBRE. He began his career with Nordblom Company where he was involved in the redevelopment of multiple office and flex projects, and later served as Director of Leasing for WP Commercial, a Goldman Sachs opportunity fund. Jason has received numerous honors, including being named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times.
