Jason Lantgen

Jason Lantgen is also a member of the Southern California Life Science Practice Group, specializing in tenant representation throughout the Western United States. Throughout his 9-year career, Jason has focused exclusively on representing the needs of corporate users of office and industrial space by using a multi-discipline approach (strategic planning, financial modeling and analysis, and project management) for each engagement. His experience includes new lease negotiations and renewals, property acquisitions and dispositions, corporate relocations, and property valuation consulting. Prior to joining JLL, Jason was Senior Associate with Grubb & Ellis Company. He has completed more than 200 transactions with a value consideration of more than $500M for a wide spectrum of tenants. Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University where he was also captain of the Men’s Water Polo Team.
