Jason Klue

Jason has a vast history in real estate. Before entering into commercial brokerage, Jason was a real estate investor and owner of real estate investment company. During his time, he had consulted, advised and executed numerous transactions. Prior to that, Jason worked with a real estate development company. During his tenure there he worked on award winning projects that included Collaboration 3 at ICAR (Clemson University-International Center for Automotive Research) and The South Financial Group Corporate Campus. During his time at Spencer Hines Properties, Jason was one of the top producers and was the winner of the Top Broker Award (Circle of Excellence) in 2017.
