Jason Johnson is a Senior Investment Advisor with 3CRE. Before joining 3CRE, Jason had 20+ years of professional experience in real estate land title and title insurance operations, construction, and development. Within that 20-year span, Jason became familiar with working through complex real estate transactions. Several transactions involve complex sales vehicles, clearing objections, or problems involving third parties such as the Ohio EPA and the Ohio Attorney General. He has on-site management experience with tenant improvement, restorations, and ground-up development. He is excited to bring his background knowledge to facilitate deals with investors.
