Jason Horton

Jason’s a High Point native who returned to the area to be closer to friends and family, and he’s proud to call the Piedmont/Triad home. He attended East Carolina, UNCG, and Greensboro College. Achievements include: induction into the Lloyd International Honors College at UNCG and acceptance into American Mensa, as well as completion of the US Air Force’s Squadron Officer School and receipt of GWOT Expeditionary Medal (Operation Enduring Freedom)—both as a civilian. Prior to joining NAIPT, he’d spent a combined total of over six years abroad and gained travel experience in around 25 countries. Over a decade was spent working and traveling internationally for the Dept. of Defense out of Joint-Base San Antonio in Texas. On the suggestion of a friend, Jason earned his NC Real Estate License and joined a top Fortune 500 builder specializing in residential new construction. With an introductory sales goal of one home in the first month, he sold 8 homes in the first two weeks and finished the first nine months selling over 50 homes. In the next calendar year, he sold around 80 homes at a time of low inventory, multiple-offer scenarios, and supply-chain disruptions. On the recommendation of a friend, he switched to CRE and joined NAIPT, an established firm in the Triad area known for its local expertise as well as national and global reach. His business model is to treat clients the same as he would friends or family and to be out in the field prospecting (favorite activity).
