Leveraging over two decades of retail leasing and sales experience, Jason specializes in site acquisition services for national, regional, and local operators as well as leasing and sales representation for retail property owners in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Jason represents a variety local and national tenants including Bach to Rock, Bank of America, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Gregorys Coffee, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, Pure Barre, Robeks, and Skyzone. Jason’s roster of landlord and developer clients include Brookfield, Douglas Development, Net Lease Development, and Wafra. Jason joined KLNB in 2018 after 16 years at CBRE. He graduated from the University of Maryland.
