Jason Eden is the co-founder and managing broker of Cross-Town Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage, development and property management firm founded in 2002. Jason plays a significant role in each project the firm undertakes and leads all marketing, brokerage and property management services. ?Cross-Town has transformed numerous in-town warehouses into creative loft office developments. Two early projects, 650 Hamilton Lofts and Ten Forty Commercial Lofts in Grant Park adjacent to The Atlanta Beltline, consist of over 95,000 square feet with more than 30 diversified tenants. Jason and Cross-Town also re-positioned a 20,000 square-foot industrial warehouse into creative suites near the corner of North Avenue and Northside Drive in a project now branded North Ave. West Commercial Lofts. Cross-Town also played a role in the transformation of a neglected 93,000sf former shopping center on Memorial Drive into a charter school and neighborhood health clinic. Cross-Town is also known for successful land assemblage and rezoning projects, and they played a key role in assembling the parcels now known as The Historic Fourth Ward Park and several of the surrounding, large multi-family developments. Cross-Town was one of the first developers in Atlanta to use the category of Mixed Residential Commercial (MRC) when rezoning land for the Sager Lofts. Delivered in 2005 and located two blocks from City Hall East (what is now known as Jamestown’s Ponce City Market), this project included new construction of 24 live/work units. ?Cross-Town Realty recently marketed, pre-leased, managed and then sold The Willoughby. Developed on a site in The Old Fourth Ward adjacent to the Beltline and the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park, The Willoughby was among the first in the area to offer offices with new construction and highly coveted views and amenities to next generation tenants. ?In partnership with Urban Realty Partners, Cross-Town Realty is currently wrapping up development and marketing of Glencastle, a historic adaptive reuse project that transformed a dilapidated former City of Atlanta prison built in 1898 to creative office. ?Cross-Town Realty’s latest project, The Elliot, is located in the Armour Yard district, on the future Atlanta Beltline. Following a conversion from a 30,000sf warehouse into 58,000sf of 1st class creative office, The Elliot will offer suites built with a modern-day workforce and Beltline users in mind. Jason also represents Landlords in leasing and selling assets at premium values.
