Jason Bock

Jason Bock has played an integral role in building the company to what it is today. Throughout Mr. Bock’s almost 20 year career, he has focused on everything from National Tenant rollouts in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware market, to ground up development beginning with site selection, and continuing through complete stabilization of the asset. Mr. Bock has leased lifestyle centers, to power centers, high-street city retail, and everything in between. He has been exclusively representing brands such as ALDI Food Markets, and Wawa for close to a decade, and has completed over 100 transactions on their behalf. These National brands have since focused Jason further into the development world which is where a lot of his time is spent. He has been very involved in various mixed-use projects in city and suburbs, and is recognized as one of The Greater Philadelphia’s preeminent Brokers, with a very wide range of specialties. Jason is very actively involved in the Philadelphia community, and serves on numerous business and nonprofit boards. He is very involved in Jewish Federation of Real Estate (JFRE) in the Greater Philadelphia region, as well as an active, and former local board member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Jason is also a part of the X-Team Retail Advisors, where he has previously served as a local board member. Jason graduated from Arizona State University, and immediately started his career with his now Partner, Michael Salove at Michael Salove Company in early 2007. Jason has been recognized by Mid Atlantic Real Estate magazine for “40 under 40” winner in 2018, as well as other local publications. Mr. Bock currently resides in Gladwyne, PA with his wife Catherine, and their three children, and two Goldendoodles.
