Jason Benson

As a managing director at JLL, he consults with innovative biotech, pharmaceutical and consumer product organizations of all sizes to design and implement a real estate solution that aligns with their organizations current and future growth needs in office, research & development, and manufacturing. Additionally, he manages lease negotiations and facility acquisition and dispositions for tenants in the New Jersey marketplace. By leveraging JLL's diverse teams of experts in site selection, labor & location intelligence, economic & government incentives, brokerage, and project management, he is able to provide clients with an end-to-end real estate solution.
