Jason Anzalone

As Managing Director of Development, Jason Anzalone leads all ground up development for the firm including oversight of due diligence, design/engineering, entitlements and construction for new projects. With more than 20 years of diverse development experience, Jason has led development for nearly $500 million in sports and entertainment venues as well as smaller projects such as regional retail bank branches. He has led fully-integrated project teams amassing a project portfolio of approximately $1 billion in total project value and 2.5 million square feet of developed space. Jason’s development focus is driven by executing projects that are delivered on time sensitive schedules, but also with creativity in structure while not overlooking the driving value of budget. Prior to joining Cypress West, Jason served as the National Director of Healthcare Development for a 30-year-old privately-held national development company. During that time he led a team of professions through acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for outpatient healthcare facilities on behalf of strategic health system and multi-specialty clients throughout the country. Projects ranged from low acuity outpatient clinics to complex specialty centers and ambulatory surgery centers. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona.
