Jarrett Laubach

Jarrett Laubach serves as City Center Investment Corporation’s Director of Leasing, the key point of contact for companies exploring a move to City Center Allentown. He joined the company in 2014 with 10 years of experience working within a prominent brokerage firm, negotiating and transacting nearly $50 million in commercial real estate sales and leases in and around the Lehigh Valley. In his role with CCIC, Mr. Laubach has helped secure leases with a variety of businesses, from the global financial-services firm Morgan Stanley to the privately held wireless-technology firm Velaspan to the restaurant grain. Today he oversees all leasing of the company’s Class A office space. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) & Designee, he also belongs to The Executive Forum of the Lehigh Valley, is a Board Member of Easter Seals of Eastern Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Leadership Lehigh Valley. In 2017, Mr. Laubach was named to Lehigh Valley Business’ Forty Under 40 list, which recognizes the region’s most accomplished young business people for making headlines in their field and being committed to business growth, professional excellence and the community.
