Jared Lively

Jared Lively has been the CoStar "Power Broker of the Year" 11 years in a row, and 12 of the last 13 years. Jared has completed over 640 lease transactions for more than 3,280,000 square feet leased. He started his commercial real estate career with Johnson Capital as an investment analysis/underwriter, which allows him to apply a unique set of financial skills to his investors and landlords to maximize their rental income. A 2002 graduate of Arizona State University, Jared holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate from the W.P. Carey School of Business. His core experience is in landlord and tenant representation, leased investments, and build to suit projects. Jared is recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in Phoenix region and has earned this recognition through strong commitment to the local market area and a relentless work ethic that is second to none.
