Jared entered into the commercial real estate industry as an intern with Marcus & Millichap during the summer of 2011. Following graduation from the University of Florida in June of 2012, he accepted a full-time position to work with Sonny Molloy and began his career with Marcus & Millichap as an Associate. In January of 2018, he was promoted to Senior Associate. Jared is both client-centric and relationship-driven in his approach to working with clients. He leverages cutting edge resources, market research, and market expertise to provide our clients with the highest level of advisory services. He prides himself on embodying MKRG’s core practice of first gaining a clear understanding of each client’s objective and then applying a tailored solution to execute. Most of all, his aim is to support each client in making the most informed real estate decisions and to execute on their behalf at the highest level. Since aligning with Sonny in 2011, Jared has been directly involved and provided critical support in the disposition of over $350 million in transactions. Additionally, he has assisted in the facilitation of more than $50 million in capital for various developer clients. In 2015, Jared was invited to become a partner on The Molloy Retail Group, and today serves as a team lead on the Molloy Kaye Retail Group (“MKRG”). His day-to-day responsibilities involve financial underwriting, business development, client services, coordination of global team initiatives, as well as various leadership roles relating to MKRG’s various business lines, including capital facilitation. His area of focus is net-leased assets and retail shopping centers throughout the southeastern United States.
