Jared Gell

Jared Gell specializes in landlord representation, land acquisition on behalf of retailers and developers and investment sales for Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Jared started his real estate career in 2003 strictly representing office tenants in Los Angeles, California. After moving back to Michigan in 2004, Jared held various positions with retail brokerage companies in Southeast Michigan as well as Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE “ADC”). Jared’s early brokerage experience focused primarily on landlord representation and learning all facets of retail real estate. At Agree, Jared focused on ground up development for national retailers in California, Florida and Michigan, acquisitions throughout the United States, and leasing the companies’ multi-state portfolio. In 2013, Jared joined Mid-America as a Vice President with a primary focus on landlord representation, land acquisition on behalf of national retailers and developers, and investment sales. Jared graduated from the University of Michigan, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Some of Jared’s clients include: White Water Express Car Wash, Discount Tire, Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit, and Brixmor.
