Jared Friedman

Jared Friedman currently runs the Capital Markets, Acquisitions and Institutional Advisory group at Friedman specializing in selling, acquiring and advising institutional assets. Jared’s clients includes REITs, Private Equity Firms, Banks, Servicers, and Fortune 1000 Companies. Prior to joining Friedman, Jared worked at Origin Investments in Chicago where he was responsible for commercial real estate investments located in Denver, Dallas, Charlotte, and Chicago. Prior to joining Origin, Jared worked at Equity Office Properties where he worked on six million square feet of office space and maintained investment-level performance models relating to $21B in office investments made by Blackstone. Prior to Equity Office, Jared served as an analyst at BMO Capital Markets in their Real Estate Investment Banking Group. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Jared returned to Michigan to be closer to family and friends and to contribute to the continued growth of one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services.
