Started commercial real estate career with NAI Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1997 focusing on industrial and flex office/warehouse listings and buyer/tenant representation. Represented Brookhollow Business Park a 500,000 square foot flex office/warehouse business park in Lenexa, Kansas. ? Was Manufacturer’s Representative for Essex Plastics, Pompano Beach, Florida, selling plastic packaging direct to OEM’s and distributors in the Midwest Region including Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. Experience with distributors and manufacturers led to an industrial focus in the commercial real estate industry.
