Janelle Gallagher is First Vice President within the Advisory & Transaction Services Group for CBRE Nashville. Gallagher serves as an expert for CBRE by providing consultation and strategic planning to both landlords and tenants giving her a unique perspective for all of her clients and deals she executes. Gallagher offers a unique combination of real estate development and finance experience that is advantageous to her clients. Gallagher also serves on the CBRE Investor Leasing Advisory Board, which is an internal group that advises institutional clients on national best practices, trends and thought leadership on industry shifts. Gallagher was also appointed to the CBRE Emerging Leaders program, which collects the nation’s top talent within CBRE to share ideas and discuss best practices. Prior to joining CBRE, Janelle spent time with Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Vanderbilt University serving their in-house real estate department. There she assisted in the lease negotiation of a 1.8 million square-foot portfolio, as well as the management and strategic planning of Vanderbilt’s owned facilities. Prior to Vanderbilt, Gallagher was with Erdman as a Project Executive, working with the healthcare clients on the development and design of medical facilities in the Southeast. Gallagher is part of a four-person team that has been together for over eight years. As a team, they have completed over 500 transactions with a billion dollars in transaction volume over the past five years.
