Jane Tapper

Jane Tapper joined Colonial Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2014 from a former career in education and real estate. Jane initially worked with Property Managers LLC, a division of Colonial Commercial Real Estate LLC, in our office as head of Human Resources and property management administrative duties. She quickly became a supervisor of the maintenance staff as well as the billing department. Jane received her Texas Real Estate License in 2015 and has quickly stepped into the role as an agent for Colonial Commercial Real Estate LLC serving the retail and office market in Fort Worth. Jane is specializing in project leasing for many retail and office projects. She previously worked for Southmark Real Estate in Dallas, Texas where she worked directly with the President/CEO. She was responsible for writing the company’s accounting and policy procedures for the company. She additionally managed 25 of their largest apartment complexes for the company. She also has her teaching certificate and taught for many years. She has four boys and loves working with children. She is a hard working dedicated member of the team and a great addition to our company. She is an active member of the Fort Worth community and participates in numerous volunteer activities. She is an avid tennis player and loves swimming, biking, and walking the Trinity Trail.
