Jan Dijkers

Jan Dijkers is a 20-year resident of Detroit and more specifically the Woodbridge neighborhood. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, and currently holds the position of President and Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeService | The Loft Warehouse. She is a top producer, having earned the distinction of the President’s Circle among nationwide BHHS agents in 2018. Jan owned and operated a property management firm for 10 years that managed an estimated 400 rental units at the time of sale in 2018. She was part of a development team that converted a Brush Park mansion into four condominium units in 2006. She is currently developing an historic commercial property in New Center into mixed-use. Jan has special interest in the emerging markets of Detroit. She has helped her clients buy and sell millions of dollars of property.
