Jamie McPetrie

Jamie McPetrie joined the talented group of real estate professionals at Avison Young in May of 2000. Initially focused on industrial leasing and investment sales, Jamie has shifted his focus slightly over the years to retail/office leasing and investment sales where he has completed some of the most noteworthy transactions in the marketplace. Acting on behalf of some of Canada’s largest institutional landlords, national clients, and local investors, Jamie’s varied knowledge base and network of trusted contacts enable him to add value to his clients and assist in finding true solutions to a myriad of real estate challenges and opportunities. Whether he is developing off-market opportunities, or actively listing assets to present to the general market, Jamie continues to be a top producer in the Winnipeg office. Over the last 18 months he has concluded more than $100 Million in investment transactions in Winnipeg and its surrounding rural markets. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jamie worked at Sun-X Properties where he assisted in the design and project management of several new-generation industrial developments. At a time when few developers were building in Winnipeg Jamie had the unique opportunity to learn the business literally from the ground up.
