Jamie Herring formed Herring Properties in 2000 to capture value in underutilized real estate in the region through adaptive reuse, new construction and planned development. He has a BA from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He serves on several boards including McCarter Theater, The 101 Fund, and on the Advisory Board of the Arts Council (former board member). He and his wife reside in Princeton and they have three adult daughters. He plays tennis, squash and hockey. Prior to forming Herring Properties, he was head of real estate at RCN and oversaw the Manhattan offices of Jones Lang LaSalle in the 1990s.
