Jamie H. Kim, CCIM launched The Phronesis Group in response to a growing need for the execution of practical wisdom in key areas of entrepreneurial growth. Her vision is that companies must THRIVE, not just survive. She finds great satisfaction in helping her clients continuously succeed and break barriers. She has an innate ability to understand complex processes and simplify them to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties. Serving SoCal with CRE brokerage solutions since 2004, she began her commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis and spent some time at Cushman & Wakefield as well, before starting her own full-service boutique brokerage firm in 2009. Between client engagements, Ms. Kim enjoys photography, graphic design, foreign cinema, gastronomy and humanitarian / philanthropic pursuits. She enjoys Pilates by LAF as well as indoor cycling / spinning. She is an aficionado of mid-century modern architecture, furniture and design. She is a CPR certified, Docent trail guide (specializing in children’s programs) for The Irvine Ranch Conservancy as well as a volunteer special events photographer for the Alzheimer’s Association – Orange County Chapter. Ms. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Additionally, she is a Turner School of Construction Management Graduate.
