James Warner

James Warner was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston. He attended Arizona State University, graduating in 2022 with a B.A. in Business Law. After college, he interned at Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix, Arizona, where developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate leasing and data analysis. Currently, James is a licensed commercial agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial in The Woodlands, Texas. As a young and aspiring broker, James is focused on building his career and aims to become one of the top commercial agents in his office. He is a CCIM candidate, continually advancing his professional skills. James notes that Houston, known for its cultural diversity, is a prime center for investment and development, with significant growth in the Greater Houston and West Houston markets. Outside of the office, James spends his time with family and friends, cheering for Houston sports teams, and working out.
