James Wangelin

As Sales Manager and an Associate Broker of Towne Housing Real Estate, James Wangelin is responsible for the business development of their sales team and processes. His focus is to bring a fresh approach to traditional real estate sales to their agents while maximizing the experience of their customers. James was Small Business Association Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016 and Buffalo Business First 30 under 30 in 2018. James started in real estate in 2012 and has personally bought and sold over 50 properties. James looks forward to building and mentoring a strong sales team under the Towne Housing brand.
