James Viso

James Viso joined Kidder Mathews’ San Jose brokerage office in 2012, focusing primarily on industrial properties and specializing in landlord representation, asset disposition and development services. He began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with Grubb & Ellis in San Jose, where he was honored in 2007 as the office’s “Rookie of the Year.” Later, James was selected to lead the Silicon Valley division of G&E’s Global Logistics Practice Group, to provide their clients with leading-edge information for efficient and competitive, viable supply chains.
