James has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. He has extensive experience appraising all commercial property types and right-of-way projects. He founded this firm in 2010 with a focus on CRE appraisals, consulting, and brokerage. He has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) since 2009 and he is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Texas. Over the past 15 years Mr. Schuepbach has provided property valuations for thousands of commercial & residential properties with combined values in excess of $2 billion dollars. Mr. Schuepbach is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. James has leveraged his backgrounds in appraisal and brokerage to thrive as a developer and investor, with numerous successful projects on his resume.
