James Rice

James holds the position of Advisor at MECA Commercial Real Estate. Growing up in Central Kentucky shaped his early career, where he worked as a farrier at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital. He later transitioned to serve in the USMC which added a wealth of experience to his resume and ultimately brought him to North Carolina, where he resided in Jacksonville. After leaving the Marines, James decided to enter the commercial real estate industry and later relocated to the Charlotte, NC region to expand his practice.
