He began selling and leasing real estate in the Ottawa area in 1978. In that time he has helped to sell houses, development land, farms, apartment buildings, office buildings, retail buildings, and hotels. Although about half of his business is done completely confidentially with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords; unlike many commercial brokers, he is a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board governed by its bylaws, with complete access to the MLS system as a marketing tool. He now specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial and industrial real estate.
