James Moore

Mr. Moore started his real estate career in 1981 in Downtown Providence with Providence Land Company, a commercial real estate and development company. Through the 1980's he held positions at Marathon Property Company and Metro Properties performing commercial brokerage, property management and construction management services. In 1993, Jim joined Scotti & Associates and is responsible for commercial brokerage and management accounts. Mr. Moore is familiar with all aspects of commercial real estate, including retail, industrial, office, investments and land development. Over the years, he has sold ten buildings in Downtown Providence and performed leasing in numerous others. Jim is a resident of Rehoboth, MA and is a graduate of the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. He enjoys active recreation on land, water and snow with the company of his wife and three children.
