James Minnis has over 50 years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, with 34 years of experience in Property Management and extensive knowledge in leasing, management, and sales of commercial, industrial, office, and residential properties. His previous experience is comprised of real estate survey, real estate appraisal, and bank lending that included establishment of three real estate loan departments for regional and independent banks located in Orange County, California.
